Ask the man
at the anvil
what he does
with his weekend.

Look inside
his head.

Part 01

Trained toward the story.

Annotators don't pick the answer they liked best. They pick the answer that best serves the scene. The reward signal is narrative fit, so the model has never learned to please the person typing.

Part 02

Knowledge with an edge to it.

The training set ends where the character's world ends. Ask about quantum mechanics and he isn't refusing you, he's confused. There's nothing on the other side to jailbreak into.

Part 03

He remembers what you did.

Interactions persist across the campaign in the character's own terms. He doesn't recall a session ID. He recalls that you shorted him on payment in the spring.

Part 04

Runs on the machine.

Local inference on the player's hardware. No round trip, no per-call cost, no outage that takes your NPCs offline mid-quest.
